As you know Telegram bots have lots of advantages. It can collect leads, customer service, newsletter delivery to past clients, portfolio display, campaign management, and some interaction automation and also you can upload files on Telegram bot. In this article we show you how to do this.
Steps to upload files
- Create a folder in file management panel by the panel admin or user
- Upload files in Telegram bot by the operator
- Choose an appropriate category for uploaded files in panel file management by the admin panel or user
Create a folder in file management panel by the panel admin or user
1.Open SmartBotsland.com in your browser and register in the panel so A window will be opened to you.
2.Open the “file management” on the left, then tap “file categories”.
3.Tap “NEW”then write a title for your category according to your needs like: photos, videos and etc. If you need a subset for your category, in the root field, enter the name of the category that is supposed to include other categories.
As you can see there are 3 button in front of your categories: edit, details and remove. by these buttons, you can edit the the name of your categories, see the details of your categoris.or delete your categories.
Note: Remember that you can only delete a category if you have not uploaded anything in it.
Uploading files on Telegram Bot
- Open your Telegram bot and write /management
- Choose “Send file”
4.Choose a title for your category according to your needs
5.Send your file
Choose an appropriate category for uploaded files in panel file management by the admin panel or user
Reopen smartbotsland panel then click on “File management” then tap “Files” . Next click on edit to choose a best category for uploaded files.
