Payment and Support

  • Bots with payment systems must have a “Send Ticket” button. This helps customers contact support if they have any problems.
  • Once an admin upgrades their plan, we do not offer full refunds.

Fraud Prevention

If a user reports fraud, like paying but not receiving services, we may share details to help them take action.

 Financial Policies

SmartBotsLand takes no commission of the money you earn with your bot now.

Advertisements

Our bots do not show ads now. But we may add them in the future for base versions.

Information Processing

We process your personal data for several purposes. For example, we aim to provide, improve, and administer our services. Additionally, we may contact you, ensure security and fraud prevention, and comply with legal requirements.

 Content Rules

Users can report bad content. We will take action, which may include stopping the bot without a refund.

Prohibited Content

Bot admins cannot sell or promote the following:

  • Weapons
  • Adult content
  • Child abuse material
  • Threats or illegal items (drugs, fake documents, etc.)
  • Pornography

If Telegram bans it, we ban it too.
